I’m pleased to announce the upcoming edition of HR English Networking, an initiative designed for HR professionals who want to connect, share experiences, and practice their English communication skills in an informal yet highly professional setting.
For this special edition, I’ll have the pleasure of hosting Anna Cipolla, HR Manager at Mayoly Italia, part of an international pharmaceutical and dermatological group with a long history and strong core values.
During the session, Anna will share her first-hand experience of guiding the transformation of an Italian family-owned company into an integral part of a global organization. Together, we’ll explore:

- How to manage dynamics between local and global teams
